Marek Brothers

We are happy to feature the progress in the metal wall system which will receive the prefabricated façade panels from Argentina very soon.  A huge shout out to the Marek Brothers who are achieving incredibly tight tolerances, 80 feet in the air.   Each of the receiver clips shown in the image below, are assembled in a jig on the ground and flown, by crane, to the positions on the building.   A combination of laser controls, traditional string line, and GPS coordinate control are used to ensure that 172 clips per side (688 total) are all within ¼” of absolute position left, right, up, and down and within 1/8” forward and backward.   The Marek team is crushing it, and we are fortunate to have them on our team.
