Brandt Companies Highlights
Tremendous progress on the inside of the building has been made by the Brandt Companies who hold the agreement for all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. With 30,000 linear feet of plumbing and hydronic piping, 158,000 linear feet of electrical conduit, and almost 204,000 pounds of sheet metal ductwork, BIM coordination in our museum was essential. These image pairs (below) show the accuracy of the modeling and off-site fabrication that leads to “clash free” jobsite installation.
With offices in all the major Texas cities and over $550M in annual revenues, Brandt has established itself as the largest mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractor in the state. The Foundation would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the exceptional work being performed by Brandt day-in and day-out on the construction site. Senior Project Managers Doug Johns and Eric Senn have been great partners to the project . Thank you again for your outstanding contributions on a once-in-a-lifetime project!
